All current members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Surfing Queensland Inc:

TIME: 8:30am – 9:00am
The Agenda will be as follows:
1. Opening address by Chairman
2. Acceptance of the previous AGM minutes 2022
3. Chairman’s Report
4. Chief Executive Officer’s Report
5. 2022 Audited Financial Statements
6. Appointment of the Auditor for 2023
7. Life Member Nominations
8. Election of Directors
· Two interested Directors must be elected.
· Two nominations have been received
· 1. Jeff Frazer and 2. Kathryn Best
9. Election of Independent Director
The board will nominate an Independent Director with a legal background for the vacant position.

There are no Notices of Motion and therefore no business other than the above can be transacted at the meeting.
